The 3680 Beast Recycler has been our most popular waste reduction unit. The 3680 has greatly exceeded other grinders in it's class. With a mill opening of 889mm by 1524mm and engine options up to 700-horsepower, this unit can be setup for any grinding application you may encounter!
This unit, like the Model 2680, can easily be transported from one job to the next. It has been put in numerous different types of applications that include asphalt, shingles, logs, brush, pallets, and housing demolition. More than 525 of these units are in operation today.

Just look at the number of diverse materials this Beast can tame: piled brush, whole trees, stumps, pallets, land clearing waste, green waste, palm fronds, logging slash, sawmill waste, construction waste, housing demolition, railway sleepers, shingles and asphalt. The above materials are transformed into salable products like compost, mulch, animal bedding, fuel for wood-fired boilers, pressed board and more. These units are perfect for landfills that need to convert waste into recyclable products or to reduce the size of material going to the landfill. It is also popular with those converting logging and sawmill waste into useful products like those listed above. This is the only unit that has the potential to process shingles and asphalt pavement into a hot mix supplement at a rate of 100 tons an hour yearround in a single pass without screening. Material is then discharged into a uniform pile, ideal for cold in-place recycling. |
