Amid the developing coronavirus situation (COVID-19), we wanted to reassure you of the actions we are taking as a company at this time.

The health of both our customers and staff members is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England, along with the World Health Organisation, and introducing a wide variety of measures to minimise the impact to public health.

Our Service and Sales staff come into regular contact with customers and due to this, cleaning of vans and tools has been intensified, with our staff requested to regularly wash and sanitise their hands, as well as maintaining distance when working with customers.


Our Parts department and Stores are undergoing the same intensified cleaning and hand washing program, along with sanitising, to ensure that we are minimising every opportunity for anything to be spread coming in or out of our premises.

Staff members have been advised that if they show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms or are in the “at risk” category , they should follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation.  We are ensuring that staff are supported fully during this time.

If you are a customer that has an upcoming appointment with us and has reason to believe that you or any of your staff are showing signs of illness, please contact us immediately so that we can postpone and safeguard any potential spread of the virus.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government. As a company, we will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and staff.
