BASIC AND FUNCTIONAL BALER FOR MAKING THE BEST MILL-SIZED BALE IN THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY
A user friendly, very economically priced and safe small-volume channel shear baler series, or optionally clearance baler with a choice of horizontal or vertical wire tying which offers solutions to all small load operations requiring a fully automatic baler. This baseline baler is easy to control, maintenance free and has no unnecessary options.
This baler series has a short channel which means that the installation requires minimal floor space. It has easier and cheaper construction, so these machines are suitable for less intensive work.
High specific pressing power provides a high compaction of material and consequently an optimum full truck load.

Machines are available with hopper sizes, feed openings and power units tailored to suit the application in hand.

Lateral secured plexiglass door. Optionally, they are doubly secured by a double contact and a trapped key interlocking safety system for optimal security.

THE ELECTRICAL CONTROL CABINET (3)
The control cabinet is fixed to the floor near to the press and connected by our teams. It contains all the elements necessary for the piloting and management of the installation.
The control buttons and the display screen are positioned on the front panel of the cabinet and indicate the status of the press or any defects or problems.
OPERATIONAL PANEL (3)
Easy and safe operation for hand or by a multifunctional user-friendly Fatek intuitive touch screen with embedded recipe management and display with all necessary parameters.
PRESS CHANNEL WITH TENSION PRESS RAM (4)

For tying wire stands are mostly used small coils fully integrated at the baler frame therefore no additional space required
Reliable hot-dip galvanized device for automatic tying of bales, reinforced mounted cutters, which results in a substantially improved cycle time.

CHOOSING BETWEEN HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL TYING?
HORIZONTAL TYING ADVANTAGES
horizontal tying simplifies the cleaning process for the tying device,
Horizontal tying enables less pollution by small waste into needle slots than vertical tying system
It also has the big advantage of being at ground operator level. The operator’s maintenance and cleaning is thus made easier with greater safety because he is always at man’s height. In contrast, the vertical tying requires the operator to climb on the press channel to change a first set of wires, then need to change the second set of wires beneath the baler.
Horizontally tied bales are easier to manipulate by the fork-lift operators.
Tying mechanisms which disengage the twisters from the needles path allows material caught during the needle travels to drop away from the twister resulting in lower wear and greater tying success.
VERTICAL TYING ADVANTAGES:
The vertical tie has a reduced footprint than a horizontal tie
For production of bale size 110 x 75 cm the vertical tie enables tying with 5 wires instead of 4 (at the same feed opening size)

Convenient exchangeable knives with optimal cutting angles guarantee stress relief, trouble-free cutting of the overlaying material with high slicing efficiency.
“V shaped” design allows us to obtain a very good bale density and limits the risk of blockages while reducing the energy consumption and wear of the ram guide rollers.
ANIS uses reversible shear blades, which provide a quick and easy replacement, and 2 times the doubles the lifetimes of the cutting edge
CLEARANCE BALER OPTION
Specifically designed for “open materials” such as whole unfolded cardboard boxes, or shredded paper.
The baler is specifically designed for baling materials such as old clothing that we do not want to damage.
