Returns & Refund Policy
Global Recycling Solutions Ltd has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return address for a refund or exchange. Please note that you are liable for the return costs, unless your item is faulty.
Returning your purchase
Contact us at email@example.com if you’d like to begin a return or exchange. We will be able to help you with the rest of the returns process.
Most items are exchangeable, excluding any special or custom orders. All exchanges are based on stock availability and shipping costs will be applicable.
Receiving a refund
All refunds are subject to stock being returned in the same condition that it was dispatched in.
Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. Delivery costs are non refundable. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any returns not received, so please ensure you return items to us by a trackable and/or insured method.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days of goods being received.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached if applicable.

Faulty Goods/Damaged in Transit
If an item received is faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
These terms do not effect your statutory rights.
